Online Access to Mental Health Care

Online access can be a great resource for those that feel isolated, but there needs to be care in websites utilized for information.  Search out professional websites that are non-biased and evidence based. Reputable websites often times end in .org, .gov, or .edu. Below is an example of a reputable mental health video.

Even if you do not have internet at home you can go to a public library to access free mental health help. Libraries often have private rooms where a private zoom call can be supported.
